• Sharing your account with anyone else or using your account on behalf of another person is not allowed.

PTGAMING reserves the right to reject any registration request for any reason. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

These betting rules always apply on PTGAMING:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless PTGAMING specifically provides a cash out option.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will be considered final.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, but event-specific rules may still apply.
• If a bet fails to process because of a technical error, PTGAMING has the right to cancel that bet.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have enough balance.
• Placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same match to secure a financial advantage, known as arbitrage betting, is strictly prohibited.

PTGAMING monitors betting activity for any unusual patterns and keeps the right to investigate suspicious cases. Your account may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is underway.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method and the same name used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before you can make your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals start at ₱500, and the daily cap is set based on your account tier.
• We may review withdrawal requests that look unusual, as part of our anti-money laundering safeguards.

PTGAMING puts together bonuses and promos to give players more value, but each one comes with conditions you need to meet.

• Welcome Bonus: Only brand-new players can claim the one-time welcome bonus. It becomes active once you make a first deposit of at least ₱500.
• Wagering Requirement: You can withdraw once you have wagered the bonus amount five times over. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus means you need to put ₱5,000 in bets before any cash-out.

• Using software, bots, or any automated tool to manipulate the betting system.
• Exploiting bugs or technical weaknesses in the platform to gain an unfair edge.
• Running an account on behalf of someone under 21.
• Harassing other players or engaging in abusive, harmful behavior.
• Impersonating PTGAMING personnel or faking your identity in any way.

PTGAMING may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following situations:

• If a player violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If false, incomplete, or misleading information is found during KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) months.
• If a court order or an instruction from legal authorities requires account closure.
• If the user requests closure on their own, including through self-exclusion.

Before closing an account, PTGAMING usually sends a notice through email or mobile message. However, for serious violations, the platform may take action without any advance warning.
