• You can only request a payout using the same payment channel and account name you used for your original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before you can make your first cash-out.
• The minimum cash-out amount is ₱500, while your daily withdrawal ceiling is based on your account tier.
• Withdrawal requests that look unusual may be reviewed as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.

• Opening or running an account for a minor is strictly not allowed.
• Bullying, harassing, or doing anything that harms or disturbs other players.
• Pretending to be a PTGAMING staff member, or giving false details about your identity.

PTGAMING may suspend an account, either temporarily or permanently, under any of these situations:

• Breaking any rule stated in these Terms & Conditions.
• If the KYC verification process reveals incorrect or incomplete details.
• If the account has been inactive for more than 12 months.
• If a court or legal authority requires the account to be suspended.
• When the user personally requests it, such as through self-exclusion.
